FOC Link Sofia - Petrich

In 1998, based on a contract signed with the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, INTRACOM Bulgaria undertook as a turn-key project the implementation of a Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) Link of total length of 285 km, connecting 10 towns and especially Sofia-Kjustendil-Petrich. The infrastructure of this FOC Link, between the Bulgarian towns - Sofia, Pernik Radomir, Kjustendil, Dupnitza, Kocherinovo, Blagoevgrad, Simitli, Sandanski and Petrich, ensures the international and transit traffic from and to Bulgaria’s neighboring countries.
