Since June 2001, the project is involved with the provision of services to GloBul, the 2nd GSM mobile network operator in the country. Key activities concern implementation activities (Construction works, Installation works) and support activities (such as Design & Permits, Legalization, Site Acquisition etc.) for Radio Base Stations and can be summarized as follows:

1. Greenfield sites, consisting of Equipment Shelter, Tower construction (36m, 42m, 48m, 54m, etc.), powered by Diesel Generators
2. Mobile sites, consisting of Equipment Shelter, 30m Guide Tower construction, powered by Diesel Generators
3. Rooftop sites, consisting of Equipment shelter/Equipment room, Mast construction (4m, 5m, 6m, etc.)
