Laboratory Operation Support Systems

Operation Support Systems are Information Technology Systems that support all operations of, for instance, a Telecomminications Organization, from monitoring and controling all elements of the network to Service and Business management activities.

This lab performs system testing during the design and development phase, as well as integration and compatibility testing in real or simulated working environments.

Additionally, the lab is utilised in simulating and analysing customer-reported problems as well as in testing all system upgrades. The lab's infrastructure is further used to provide customer training services based on an actual working environment, as well as in new system demonstrations.
